How do I get SkipToFriday?
Download the SkipToFriday app on iPhone (App Store) or Android (Google Play). Everything happens in the app: sign up, link your bank, request advances, and manage your account.
What does the $7.99 membership include?
Access to cash advances, low-balance alerts, and account insights. There are no interest charges, late fees, or tips. The only other fee is optional: $4.99 per advance if you choose Express delivery.
How does billing work?
Your $7.99 membership is a monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account. It renews every month until you cancel, whether or not you take an advance that month.
What if I’m not approved for an advance?
After you subscribe, we review your account within 2 business days and let you know. Low-balance alerts and account insights start right away. If you’re declined for an advance, your subscription isn’t refunded and keeps renewing until you cancel, and you keep the alerts and insights while you’re subscribed. If we don’t review you within 2 business days, you can request a refund from Apple or Google and we won’t dispute it.
Do you check my credit?
No. Eligibility is based on your linked checking account, mainly your recurring direct deposits and account history. Signing up will not affect your credit score.
How do I pay an advance back?
Your advance is repaid automatically from your linked checking account on your next scheduled payday. You can also repay early in the app at any time.
How fast will I get my money?
Standard delivery is free and usually arrives in 1–3 business days. Express delivery costs $4.99 per advance and usually arrives [within minutes], depending on your bank. The Express fee is added to what you repay on payday, and you pick Standard or Express every time you request.
What if I can’t repay on payday?
Reach out before payday and we’ll work with you on a new date. We don’t charge late fees. You won’t be able to take a new advance until the current one is repaid.
How do I cancel?
iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > SkipToFriday > Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SkipToFriday > Cancel. The app’s Profile tab links straight there. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. Any open advance still needs to be repaid.
Where is SkipToFriday available?
In most U.S. states. It isn’t available yet in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania.
